What Can I expect?

All sessions are provided via telehealth. Before your first session, I’ll send you a HIPAA-compliant link. You won’t need to download any software or apps, and it works directly on your device.

During our first session, we’ll review your mental health history, discuss your current concerns, and clarify together why you are seeking therapy. This session may feel a bit more structured, as it focuses on gathering information, but it’s also an opportunity to begin building trust and understanding.

From there, we’ll explore your personal goals for therapy and discuss what you hope to achieve. My approach is collaborative — we’ll work together to create a plan that fits your pace, preferences, and needs.

As sessions continue, the focus will be on building a safe and supportive connection where you can feel comfortable being your authentic self. Each session is guided by your needs that day, sometimes deeper reflection and processing, other times learning new coping skills, problem-solving challenges, or navigating situations from your week.

My goal is to provide a flexible, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to explore, grow, and heal.
