Clinical Supervision
I provide supervision that meets the requirements for North Carolina licensure, including the documentation and hours needed for associate-level clinicians pursuing LCMHC licensure. My goal is to guide you through the process while supporting your growth and readiness as a clinician. Together, we’ll track your hours, ensure proper documentation, and focus on your development as a professional.
I offer both individual and group supervision options through telehealth, providing flexibility to fit your schedule and learning style.
Why Supervision with Me?
I believe supervision should be a collaborative, strengths-based experience. Instead of focusing solely on what went wrong, I prioritize recognizing your strengths, building confidence, and exploring ways to grow from successes and challenges.
My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and authentic. I bring real-world experience, guidance, and encouragement to help you develop as a clinician. Supervision with me is a space to reflect, learn, and gain confidence while feeling supported in your professional journey.
Individual and Group Supervision
Individual supervision provides personalized guidance and focused feedback tailored to your needs and professional growth.
Group supervision offers a collaborative environment to learn from peers, discuss shared clinical experiences, and develop a broader perspective on clinical practice. Group supervision requires a minimum of three participants to hold a session.
Consultation for Licensed Therapists
I also offer consultation services for fully licensed clinicians who want guidance, support, or a sounding board for challenging cases. These sessions are personalized to your needs and can focus on clinical strategies, case conceptualization, or professional development.
Rates
Individual supervision: $75 per hour
Group supervision: $55 per participant for a 2-hour session (depending on availability of 3 or more participants)
