Sometimes everything feels overwhelming, and problems seem too huge—like a mountain standing in your way. Even the thought of facing it can feel impossible.
Mountain Ridge Counseling was founded to help people just like you, those weighed down by life’s challenges or past trauma, feeling misunderstood, unseen, or unsure there’s a way forward. Maybe you’ve tried therapy before and felt like it didn’t help, or like no one truly understood you.
I understand that healing isn’t linear. There’s no single path, and everyone’s journey looks different. No matter the bumps or setbacks along the way, I’m here to walk beside you. I believe people know themselves best, they just sometimes need help finding their footing when the path feels uncertain.
Your journey is your own. There’s no timeline, no pressure, and no expectations other than showing up as you are. My role is to support you in facing what feels too big, with steady guidance, compassion, and understanding—one step at a time. Even if you don’t know where to start, it only takes that first step.
